Eligibility & Vouchers

Families are encouraged to contact Independent Disability Services, Inc. and speak with our respite coordinator.  Families must reside in Rock County, Wisconsin, or the Stateline Area, and support an individual with a disability or special need.  Our respite registration process includes the completion of an application upon which all returned documentation to our office an eligibility determination will be made.  In addition, our respite coordinator will come and visit with you and your family to discuss the process and answer any of your questions.
